Andrew Niedbala joined Movement Reservoir in the Autumn of 2022. Originally from Sterling Heights, Michigan, Andrew graduated from Hope College in 2019 with degrees in Dance Performance and Civil Engineering. Since beginning dance lessons at an early age, Andrew has been blessed with opportunities to perform in such places as: Branson, MO; Salt Lake City, UT; Adelaide, SA, Australia; and Paris, France. After moving to Kalamazoo in 2019, Andrew danced with Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers for five seasons as a company member. He also taught at the Academy of Dance Arts in Portage, where he provided instruction in multiple styles, including tap, jazz, and ballet. Outside of dance, he works for a pharmaceutical company in Allegan and he is active in his church, Zion Lutheran of Kalamazoo. Andrew has been married to his wife Lachan since August 2022, and they had their first child in May 2023.
