Audition for Movement Reservoir Dance Company's 2026 - 2027 Season

We are offering positions for Company Members, Apprentices, and Guest Performing Artists. At this time, rehearsals are unpaid while performances are paid. There may be additional opportunities for paid projects such as but not limited to teaching, collaboration performances, etc. 

 

Audition Information 
Location: West Michigan Dance Center (6136 S Westnedge Ave, Portage, MI)

Movement Reservoir is hosting two in-person auditions and accepting virtual submissions until June 15th. In-person auditions are preferred. Registration is required for both options. If auditioning in person, attendance is required only on one of the two audition dates. 

 

Saturday, April 18th, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

OR 

Saturday, June 6th, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

 

Virtual submittions close June 15th, 2026

All dancers will be notified of audition results by July 1st, 2026.

*Please plan to stay the full time as there will be no cuts in the audition. Dancers will be notified of their results regardless of the status.

Company Information
The 2026 - 2027 season contract will run from October 1st, 2026 - May 31st, 2027 with a short summer break. Accepted dancers can be as involved as they would like in the company.
